Grief Counselling

Grief is complicated business. We grieve not only the people we’ve loved, but also, the people we’ve once been. Grief doesn’t start fresh each time you lose someone new, it stacks. It compounds.

Working through grief will happen with or without therapy. It’ll have its way with you. But there are indeed ways to support this process that can ease the pain. You’re not meant to go this alone.
