Trauma Therapy

Trauma ranges from BIG T to little t. It can feel like the whole of our story, or a piece we wish to bury in the archives. But what we do know is that trauma impacts our brains in ways we’d never imagined possible.

We can trace trauma generations back in our DNA. Why is this important? Because we can also realign our nervous system to a healthy place not just for ourselves, but for generations to come.
